Global Game Jam Next
What is the Global Game Jam Next?
Also known as GGJ Next, it is an event where we bring children and teenagers together to learn how to create games and use games in an educational way. The aim is to instigate creativity while learning to program, draw and live with other children and adolescents.
As an extra, we give parents the opportunity to be closer and learn techniques so they can encourage their children at home.
This is the first time that GGJ Next will take place, this is an international event, which takes place at headquarters around the world. GGJ Next is a derivation of the famous Global Game Jam, the largest game development event in the world and which has been taking place since 2009.
The event will be run under a theme defined by the international organization.
